1. Controller

2. What data we process

When you submit a booking request, we process the data you provide: name, email address, optional phone number, desired set type, dates and rental duration, and an optional message.

When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time of access) is processed by our hosting provider to the extent required for secure operation.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your request data to handle your enquiry, make you an offer and perform the rental contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Communication by email and WhatsApp serves contract initiation and performance and our legitimate interest in efficient handling (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

4. Hosting and storage (Google Firebase)

Our website and request data are hosted with Google Firebase / Firebase App Hosting (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), server region europe-west4 (Netherlands). A data processing agreement is in place. Any transfer to third countries takes place only on the basis of appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

5. Email delivery (Resend)

We use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor to send confirmation and offer emails, processing the data required for sending (e.g. email address, name, offer details). Transfer to the USA is based on appropriate safeguards.

6. Payments (Stripe)

If you pay by card via a Stripe payment link, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. processes your payment data as an independent controller. Stripe's privacy policy applies.

7. Web analytics (Google Analytics)

On the marketing pages we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to analyse website usage. This is done solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise your rights, an email to bjoern@sprtized.com is sufficient.

9. Retention

We store your data only as long as necessary to handle your request and perform the rental, and beyond that within statutory retention obligations.
