Last updated: 05.07.2026

1. Scope and provider

These terms and conditions apply to the rental of golf equipment by TeeSetGo, an offering of Sprtized Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hartenbergstraße 62A, 53639 Königswinter, Germany (the "Lessor"), to consumers and businesses (the "Renter").

2. Formation of contract

The presentation on the website is not a binding offer. The renter submits a non-binding request via the form. The lessor checks availability and sends an individual offer by email with a link to the order page. The rental contract is formed when the renter accepts the offer on the order page or makes payment.

3. Rental item

The rental covers golf sets and optional accessories as per the respective offer. All sets are premium sets; shaft flex (Regular or Stiff), fit and handedness are specified in the offer.

4. Rental period

The rental period is between one day and a maximum of 14 days as per the offer. Start and end of the rental follow from the offer.

5. Prices and payment

The prices stated in the offer apply, including statutory VAT. Payment is made via payment link (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or cash at pickup, as stated in the offer.

6. Deposit

The lessor may require a deposit, to be provided at pickup (usually in cash). The deposit is refunded after proper return of the complete and undamaged equipment.

7. Pickup and return

The equipment is picked up and returned in person in Cologne-Deutz by appointment. A valid official photo ID must be presented at pickup. Return takes place on the agreed end date.

8. Renter's obligations

The renter treats the equipment with care, uses it only as intended, does not pass it on to third parties, and returns it in the condition received (apart from normal wear).

9. Liability for damage and loss

The renter is liable for damage beyond normal wear and for loss of the equipment. In the event of late return, the lessor may charge the regular daily rental price for each additional day commenced.

10. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. For date-related leisure or rental services this right may be limited or excluded under § 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB). Please contact us at bjoern@sprtized.com; the exact withdrawal instructions are still being reviewed legally.

11. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
